Effective date: October 21, 2026 (applies to LudoBuddy version 1.0.0 and later)
These terms govern your use of LudoBuddy, also called LudoBuddy Lite ("the Game"), made by AZK Studios, Baghbanpura, Lahore Cantt, Lahore 54920, Punjab, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not play the Game.
1. Who may play
The Game is meant for players aged 13 and over. When it first opens, it asks the player's age. A player who says they are under 13 can still play with the limits described in our Privacy Policy (for example non-personalized ads, no usage statistics, no notifications and no Play Games sign-in). If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms, for making purchases or for consenting to data processing, you must meet that age, or have a parent or guardian agree for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's play and purchases.
2. License and ownership
AZK Studios and its licensors own the Game, its code, artwork, sounds and board, dice and avatar designs. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your own devices. You must not sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the Game outside official channels such as Google Play; copy it; or reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
The Game includes third-party software under its own licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.
3. Entertainment only: no real-money gambling
LudoBuddy is a game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, prizes or rewards of real value. Wins, levels, badges, gems and unlocked items have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, sold or exchanged for money or for anything of value outside the Game. Dice rolls and computer opponents' moves are part of the game and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
4. Virtual items and gems
Gems are virtual items for use inside the Game only. You can earn them from missions, the daily reward, badges and optional reward videos, and you can buy them. Gems, and the boards, dice designs and avatars you unlock with them, are licensed to you for personal use in the Game, not sold to you. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person or account, and cannot be exchanged for money.
We may change how gems are earned or what items cost, add or retire items, and rebalance the Game. Your progress, gems and items are kept on your phone. If you delete the Game's data (Settings → Delete my data) or uninstall the Game, they are removed, unless you saved your progress to your Play Games cloud save and restore it.
5. Purchases and Remove Ads
Gems and Remove Ads are sold through Google Play's billing system. Google processes the payment under Google's terms, and we never see your card or payment details. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's policies. Remove Ads turns off the banner and full-screen ads; reward videos stay available because you only see them when you choose to. If a purchase does not show up in the Game, contact Google Play or write to us.
6. Ads and third-party services
The Game is free and supported by ads. It shows a banner in a strip marked "Advertisement", a full-screen ad after some matches, and reward videos that you choose to watch. The Game uses Google AdMob (ads), Google Firebase (remote settings, crash reports, and for players 13 and over, usage statistics and notifications), Google Play Games (optional sign-in and cloud save) and Google Play billing (purchases). These services have their own terms and handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control the ads that third parties show, and we are not responsible for the products or sites they advertise.
7. Google Play Games
Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and not offered to players under 13. If you sign in, your gamer name is shown on your profile and a copy of your progress is stored in your Google account's saved games, under Google's terms. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
8. Fair play and acceptable use
You must not cheat or tamper with the Game, for example by modifying its files, memory or saved data, by using tools to create gems or skip ads, or by interfering with purchases, ads or the services the Game relies on. You must not use the Game for anything unlawful. We may block, reset or limit a copy of the Game that is used in a way that breaks these terms.
9. Updates and availability
Features may change, be added or be removed. We may release updates, and for security or stability we may require you to update to the latest version before you can keep playing. Some features need an internet connection, for example ads, purchases, Play Games and remote settings; the matches themselves are played offline. We may suspend or end the Game, or any part of it, at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will work on every device.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZK Studios and its developers, partners and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, gems, items, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss caused by deleting the Game's data, uninstalling the Game or changing devices. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
You may stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may end your license if you breach these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to play after that means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop playing the Game.
14. General
If a part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of the place where you live.
